Making our site easy for you to use

Experience has taught us that everyone uses the Internet in a different way. Because of this, we've gone to great lengths to make our website as clear, simple and accessible as we can, so as many people as possible can use it.

If, for any reason, you encounter any problems with this website, please let us know and we will try to help you.

We believe that adherence to usability and accessibility best practise is a must. So we have used the XHTML 1.0 and CSS specifications created by the W3C. We have also striven to achieve AA accessibility as measured against version 1.0 of the WCAG.

We're aware that a number of the checkpoints of the WCAG are subjective. As a result, although we're confident we've met them fully, there may be instances where interpretations vary.

Text size and readability

If you can't see it, you can't benefit from it. So, if you need to increase (or decrease) any text size, please click on the view menu and change the size accordingly.

Screen resolution and software compatibility

This website has been designed for a 1024 x 768 screen resolution and upwards. To change the screen resolution open 'Display' properties and click on the 'Settings' option. Draw the sliding 'Desktop Area' scale to 1024 x 768 or higher.
